The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative (Full-Cycle Chat), you’ll own the entire outreach process, from identifying prospects and starting conversations to qualifying leads and booking meetings.

You’ll be speaking with small-business owners, SaaS founders, and entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their online presence or modernize their technology stack.

You’ll learn how to build genuine connections through chat, represent the Novabyte brand voice, and play a key role in developing our sales pipeline.

Success Outcomes
  1. Generate Qualified Conversations
    • Engage new prospects on LinkedIn and other chat platforms.
    • Build rapport, uncover needs, and qualify interest.
    • Maintain consistent daily outreach and hit weekly conversation and meeting targets.
  2. Own the Full Chat Sales Cycle
    • Manage inbound and outbound chat interactions through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Qualify leads, handle objections, and move prospects toward booked discovery calls.
    • Keep detailed notes and pipeline updates in Notion.
  3. Collaborate and Improve
    • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
    • Analyze response data and experiment with new conversation approaches.
    • Share learnings and help shape the playbook for future SDRs.
  4. Grow Within the Role
    • Build confidence handling larger accounts and more complex prospects.
    • Expand into broader sales or account-management responsibilities as the team grows.
