Libra Pro Cleaning is a growing professional cleaning services company serving commercial and residential clients throughout the Metro Detroit area. We are seeking a motivated and persistent Sales Development Representative to help expand our customer base through outbound outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation.
This role requires determination, strong communication skills, and a willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely, managing their time effectively, and contributing to the company’s growth.
What You'll Do
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
Introduce Libra Pro Cleaning services to businesses and property managers
Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads
Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking system
Collaborate with leadership to support business development efforts

Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Compensation
Hourly Rate:
$18 per hour
PLUS
Commission:
8% – 10% of new business secured
