Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Employer Industry: Cybersecurity Technology Why consider this job opportunity • Salary up to $85,000 a year • Monthly lifestyle subsidy for financial, physical, and mental well-being • WFH setup allowance to create an effective remote working environment • $1,500 annual Learning & Development allowance for career growth • Fully remote working environment with no mandatory office attendance • Generous parental leave policy of 18 weeks paid leave, regardless of parenting role What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Generate new sales opportunities across the US using outbound tactics such as email sequences, Linked In, and cold calling • Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities • Communicate the needs of prospects clearly to the sales representatives • Articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and products to prospects based on their specific needs • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to leverage insights for process and product improvements What is Required (Qualifications) • 6-12 months of experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/BDR • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales • High level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken • Ability to give and receive feedback to drive process improvements • High energy and willingness to learn How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • 1+ years of B2B SaaS experience • Domain experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk • Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot, Outreach.io, or similar • Experience using tools like Lusha, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator #Cybersecurity #Sales Development #Remote Work #Career Growth #B2BSaaS We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
