About the Role

• Engage with warm, inbound enquiries generated through our marketing channels
• Conduct initial qualification conversations via phone or video
• Provide accurate information about our programs and guide candidates through the next steps
• Maintain organized records within our workflow tools
• Follow established marketing and communication processes to ensure consistency
