JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Executive / Business Development (Enterprise Partnerships) 100% Commission | Uncapped | Brands, Agencies, Enterprise Role Own new logo growth for Digital Factory. This is a hunter role for a proven B2B seller who can run the full cycle—prospecting & close—and win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL: What You’ll Do • Source and close new enterprise, brand, and agency partnerships • Own discovery, solution positioning, pitching, negotiation, and close • Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets • Engage senior decision-makers across Marketing, Talent, DEI, Media, and Procurement • Partner with leadership/internal teams for clean handoffs and successful launches What Success Looks Like • Consistent, qualified pipeline creation • Closed-won revenue against monthly/quarterly goals • Strong deal velocity and conversion • Smooth onboarding transition for new clients Desired traits • Are self-directed and thrive in performance-based roles • Love opening doors and creating demand (true hunter) • Sell outcomes/value—not features • Can navigate longer cycles and multiple stakeholders DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • 5+ years B2B sales / BD / partnerships • Track record closing mid‑market to enterprise deals • Experience in SaaS, platforms, analytics, media, or digital services (preferred) • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills Compensation • 100% commission, uncapped (new deals + renewals) • Optional commission + draw may be available based on experience Work Setup • Remote / flexible • 1099 or employee (TBD) • U.S. -based preferred Digital Factory is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
