About the Position The right candidate will have a significant opportunity for creative freedom. We are looking for someone who thrives on new ideas, takes ownership of their position and wants to make an impact. The most important skill set is lead generation across multiple channels, including digital, email & social. This is a full-time position with a strong base salary + commission structure based on retention, benefits & paid time off. This position is fully remote. What We Need From You: • Perform sales calls to 75 – 100 warm and cold leads a day • Prospecting and follow-ups to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales stages • Articulate service specifics, value points, and results while analyzing current challenges • Maintain detailed lead and client records within CRM • Collaborate with other departments and provide status updates to management • Prior experience in a consultative and strategic sales in marketing a plus • Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Web Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media • Excellent relationship building skills • Superb interpersonal communication skills • Ability to communicate with business prospects in a polished and professional demeanor • Well organized with a knack for time management • Motivated and ambitious
