Salesforce Developer (CRM Analytics / Einstein) Remote
Location: Remote (Must work EST Hours) We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong CRM Analytics (Einstein) and Power BI experience to build scalable analytics solutions and deliver powerful insights to business stakeholders. This role focuses on designing dashboards, building datasets, and developing data pipelines that drive data-driven decision making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards, datasets, lenses, and data recipes
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Develop automated analytics workflows and data pipelines
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
Optimize analytics performance and ensure data accuracy and reliability
Implement data governance and quality checks
Troubleshoot analytics and dashboard issues across Salesforce and Power BI environments Required Skills
3 5+ years in BI / Analytics / Data Engineering
