SAP Payroll & Finance Reporting Analyst (Remote)
We are looking for an SAP Payroll & Finance Reporting Analyst for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP payroll and finance reports (ABAP/BW) while ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clear translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
This is a 4-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4-day, 10-hour shifts per week), Remote role in the US.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the functional requirements, design, test, and deployment of SAP ABAP reports, SAP BW queries, and/or visualizations in Power BI/Tableau that meet functional and regulatory requirements.
• Data validation and quality assurance
• Requirement gathering and documentation
Requirements:
• Must be a US Citizen
• 3 5 years of hands on experience designing and maintaining payroll/finance reports in SAP environments (ABAP, SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, etc)
• Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
• Familiarity with data-visualization best practices and dashboard design.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications and to perform root cause analysis of data discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification.
• Experience with robotic process automation or AI driven data validation tools.
• Prior experience supporting large scale transformation programs

Compensation: $90.00/hr - $100/hr
