Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience as SAP Consultant.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet specific business requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SOM or SAP CRM module and its integration with other modules in the SAP system.
• A strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Be able to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project backlog.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative approach and outstanding listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest SAP functionality and best practices.
Responsibilities
• Understanding the customer's business processes and requirements, and analyzing how the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module can be leveraged to support those processes effectively.
• Designing and configuring solutions within the SAP SOM or SAP CRM module to meet the customer's requirements.
• Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SOM or SAP CRM processes, including resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Managing Project Backlog, timely identifying risks and change requests.
• Working collaboratively with other functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP SOM or SAP CRM functionality and best practices, and proactively sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
