About the Role
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring seamless point-of-sale processes. You'll be responsible for creating a compelling customer experience, meeting sales goals, and supporting inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Point of Sale: Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and properly handle different methods of payment.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty targets.
- Inventory Accuracy: Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point-of-sale and merchandise disposition practices.
- Training and Support: Participate in the training process for new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices, proper point-of-sale procedures, and using available tools and resources.
- Daily Service Processes: Participate in daily service processes, such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
