I’m Amy — a somatic coach, speaker, and founder of The Grounded Woman, a growing brand dedicated to helping women (especially younger women) rebuild their lives after big life transitions like divorce, burnout, or starting over completely.
As my platform expands, I’m looking for a powerhouse woman to walk this journey with me. Not just a freelancer a true right-hand woman, who believes in the mission and wants to grow with it.
This is more than a VA gig, I’m looking for someone with strategy, creativity, initiative, and a deep passion for women’s empowerment.
Your Role (Key Responsibilities)
Support my email marketing (light admin, managing responses, prepping campaigns)
️ Pitch me to podcasts + help research aligned shows & media opportunities
Research and organize speaking, partnership, & magazine outreach opportunities
✍️ Assist with DMs and help nurture relationships across Instagram and LinkedIn
Design beautiful, on-brand content in Canva (we're all about aesthetics + depth!)
Use tools like Calendly to manage bookings + keep things smooth behind-the-scenes
Contribute to strategy — help grow the brand, share ideas, and help make big moves

You love Canva, are confident navigating social media, and can self-manage daily tasks
