Role Summary/Purpose
As a Senior Analyst, Channel Marketing, you will be part of the Performance Marketing Organization based in Hyderabad, India, and will work closely with the Channel Marketing team to develop, execute, and audit email marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include building, testing, and auditing email campaigns, ensuring creative and file selections are accurate, and maintaining a project tracker to reflect the status of all projects and completion dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a designated email platform to build, test, and audit email marketing/servicing campaigns, ensuring creative and file selections are accurate
- Perform complex creative and data auditing and testing to ensure campaign accuracy
- Maintain a project tracker to reflect the status of all projects and completion dates
- Maintain good communication rhythm with stakeholders on projects
- Ensure strong adherence to SLA's on timelines, accuracy, and compliance
- Record all approvals and final documents within the campaign management system
Required Skills & Knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or MBA in marketing/Digital marketing with a minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in building and deploying email campaigns via ESP (email service provider) or in lieu of a degree, 2 to 4 years of experience in building and deploying email campaigns via ESP
- Minimum 1 year of email and direct mail marketing channel experience, with hands-on experience building, testing, and auditing commercial emails
- Minimum 1 year of experience with an enterprise email service platform: PCM/Harmony (or) Zeta (or) SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with US stakeholders/Offshore Clients
- Proficient with MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Good team player
Desired Skills & Knowledge
While not required, the following skills and knowledge are desirable:
- Understanding of US credit card or retail business
- Exposure to Marketing databases
- Proven ability in delivering and reviewing projects with clients and peers
- Exposure to any project management tool
- Exposure to Digital platforms
