Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in our Accomplice Backing Group (PAT), you'll play a critical role in supporting Wayfair's most valued providers. You'll work closely with our providers to understand their pain points, develop plans to address those issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive short-term improvements and long-term enhancements to the provider experience. Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with a portfolio of top providers to understand their support challenges, scope and develop plans to resolve those issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Navigate different levels and departments within Wayfair to connect with the right teams to handle provider cases, drive root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Extract and communicate valuable insights and learnings with partners to create a shared perspective around provider concerns.
- Serve as a relationship owner with provider classes within your portfolio and their provider relationship managers on behalf of the team.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with cross-functional teams and act as your provider's internal advocate within Wayfair.
- Proactively identify emerging support concerns and resolve them without prompting from the provider.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with external and internal partners at various levels, including senior leadership.
- Creative problem-solving skills to analyze and determine root causes of issues and influence cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
- A track record of taking on challenges and delivering results despite obstacles and limited resources.
- A positive, optimistic outlook to execute against a variety of initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated self-starter, and extremely organized.

- Experience working in a customer support or account management role.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
