Join Our Team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst!   About the Role The Family Security Plan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful dashboards, develop robust data models, and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive our sales strategies. You’ll play a key role in advancing data-driven decision-making by leveraging Power BI, optimizing reporting processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Power BI Development - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports  - Create DAX measures and calculated columns to support KPIs and business metrics  - Build and manage data models, including relationships and hierarchies  - Ensure reports are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs  Data Integration & ETL - Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS or similar tools  - Integrate data from multiple systems into cohesive reporting datasets  - Support data validation and transformation to ensure data quality and consistency  Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights  - Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues  - Translate business questions into meaningful analytical solutions  Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs  - Communicate insights through clear visualizations and reports  - Continuously improve existing dashboards and BI solutions  Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)  - 4+ years of experience in an analytical or BI role  - 4+ years of SQL experience (query development and data manipulation)  - 3+ years of Power BI experience building dashboards and reports  - Experience writing DAX for metrics and KPIs  - 2+ years of ETL experience (SSIS or similar tools)  - Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills  - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders  Preferred: - Master’s degree in a related field  Why You’ll Love Working Here - Opportunity to make a real impact on business strategy - Collaborative, supportive team environment - Exposure to leadership and cross-functional initiatives - Work with modern BI tools and evolving data practices What We Value - At PFP, we look for individuals who embody our core values: Caring, Integrity, Drive, Passion, and Resilience
