POSITION PURPOSEThe Senior Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in driving SAFE Credit Union's information driven decision-making capabilities. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support decision making, strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role is essential in empowering SAFE Credit Union to harness the full potential of its data assets, driving growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences through advanced analytics and insights.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Management, Mathematics, or related quantitative field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence and analytics roles. Financial institution experience is a plus.Experience Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
