Senior Client Engagement Managers play a critical role in driving new business, expanding strategic client relationships, and shaping engagement strategies that support long-term growth.
Requirements
• Partner with Business Development to drive new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
• Develop and execute overall prospect and client engagement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Report on sales and performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support new business development activities from RFP response to account closure, including CDA and MSA processes.
• Research and identify methods to improve customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Division leaders to ensure consistent messaging across inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Generate qualified prospects through diligent lead follow-up, mining, and nurturing activities.
• Expand outreach and strengthen relationships with key client executives.
• Conduct tactical research on organizations and contacts using internal and external data resources to increase new contacts and sales opportunities.
• Perform discovery to understand client needs and determine tailored solutions.
• Meet with prospects and clients to discuss requirements and opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the sales cadence process.
• Identify best practices and successful client engagement approaches to support scalable growth.
• Use Salesforce to accurately track activities and maintain lead, account, and opportunity data.
• Develop custom Salesforce reports and review data for quality and consistency.
