Job Description:
• Define project objectives and identify analytical opportunities
• Extract, cleanse, and manipulate large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements
• Generate insights for executive audiences, including competitor analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into business strategy
• Document databases, sources, and KPIs
• Support ad-hoc data extraction and visualization requests
• Plan and execute work independently
• Apply knowledge of P&C insurance claims lifecycle and metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in analytics and insights roles
• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and AWS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to solve unstructured business problems using multiple data sources
• Experience in P&C insurance preferred but not mandatory
• Consultative mindset and ability to work in multicultural environments
