About the Role

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Road‑mapping: Define and execute a technology strategy and roadmap that enables a holistic, “360‑degree view” of arenaflex’s clients and prospects across every line of business.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate priorities into technology solutions, leveraging Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), managed and unmanaged packages, and complementary platforms.

Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading technology delivery for complex, B2B‑focused, subscription‑based enterprises.
- Deep expertise in one or more Salesforce product suites (preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) with a proven track record of large‑scale implementations.
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying Lightning Web Components, Apex code, Apex Web Services, Platform Events, and sophisticated security models.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams on design, build, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Solid background in custom web application development using Java, ReactJS, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems for transactional and analytics purposes, including managed/unmanaged packages and “build vs. buy” assessments.
- Strong grasp of sales, service delivery, and financial processes within enterprise environments.
- Successful experience working with globally distributed Agile/Scrum teams, including coordination across multiple time zones (e.g., India).
