Senior Data & Analytics Tech Program Manager – Pharma CRO (Remote)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a Remote position.
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project/Product Manager with strong experience in the Data Domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing data-related projects, technical knowledge of data platforms, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects related to data warehousing, data pipelines, and data products.
• Manage project timelines, capacity and demand planning, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee reporting and monitoring of project progress and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of strong experience in the Data Domain (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Talend and other relevant platforms).
• 7+ years of proven track record in Project/Product Management, including reporting and stakeholder management.
• Experience in capacity and demand planning, financial reporting, and timeline management.
• Domain knowledge of Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Other Job Details:
• Duration: 6 – 12 months with high possibility of extension.
• Location: Remote
• Pay Rate: $82/hr. on C2C. or $70/hr. on W2.
