Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 4+ years of experience as a data science professional, with a strong background in applying quantitative methods to structured and unstructured data for complex data analysis, pattern recognition, experience generation, and metrics improvement.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python, with a strong ability to control and manipulate data.
- Experience in understanding the intricacies of client behavior through significant leap assessments, as well as designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests.
- Demonstrated expertise in data wrangling and creating data visualizations and reporting using toolings such as Tableau, Snowflake, AWS, etc.
- Ability to articulate and solve business problems using statistical procedures to arrive at a solution using open data.
- Self-motivated and curious, with innovative and decisive thinking skills to further develop data quality evaluation methods for diverse and complex data clarification programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in creating and presenting compelling stories through papers and presentations.
