We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director II, Customer Strategic Insights to lead our world-class organization in defining and stewarding industry, customer, and consumer insights that accelerate revenue and volume growth. This role will be instrumental in driving our 2035 vision, grounded in consumer insights, and providing thought leadership, strategic storytelling, and unlocking new opportunities through insights innovations, best practices, and partnerships.
The successful candidate will define and set the agenda for critical insights and marketplace intelligence needs, partner in the development of the annual business plan, and drive strategy and opportunities to win in the marketplace. They will also drive awareness of consumer and marketplace trends to enable thought leadership against the blithequark Value Bundle.
This role will act as a network partner, ensuring connectivity with other insights organizations, and leading the way for knowledge sharing and application of growth-driving intelligence for blithequark customer partners. The Senior Director II will build strong team-oriented relationships with other key internal business units and global partners, resulting in greater opportunities for the business.
