As a Senior Program Manager (Senior Customer Success Manager) at arenaflex, you will serve as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform, identifying areas of opportunity and developing strategies for growth
• Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations

Qualifications: Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and healthcare industry knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
