Job Overview: Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in all matters related to the usage of arenaflex's services, including CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives.
• Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources.
• Drive customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building.
• Successfully implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods and providing training to all stakeholders of the projects.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you should possess a business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have:

• More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry.
• Experience in management of projects and small teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America.
