To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma/GED and be at least 18 years old. You should be familiar with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications. Additionally, you must be able to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency in the material. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience or 1 year of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role.
