Job Description:
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of current processes.
• Collect and analyze data to generate insights into workflow efficiencies and process bottlenecks.
• Design and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop practical solutions and best practices.
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies to streamline tasks and reduce inefficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed operations and procedures manuals.
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in a management analysis or business process improvement role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques.
• Strong understanding of business analysis and operational efficiency principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
