Summary
We are seeking a motivated Senior/Managing Consultant to support our continued growth in the US and Canadian markets. This role focuses on client relationship management, expert consultancy in US/Canadian regulations, and business outreach.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and industry partners across North America.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US/Canadian based chemicals regulations, including TSCA/CEPA/CalProp65 and other key Federal and State level regulations.
- Communicate with the EPA and State Regulators.
- Represent Yordas Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Yordas consultants and technical teams to coordinate proposals and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches that effectively communicate Yordas’ value proposition.
- Promote internal cross-selling by understanding Yordas’ full portfolio of services and aligning them with client needs.
- Promote Yordas’ digital product stewardship management solution, Helix.
Profile and Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Toxicology or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in industry or consulting in Product Stewardship/Regulatory Affairs.
- Extensive working knowledge of USA/Canadian chemicals management or sustainability regulations (TSCA, CEPA, CalProp65), including working directly with the regulating bodies, is essential. Experience with the US EPA CDX system strongly preferred.
- Broad knowledge of international chemicals management, sustainability and product regulations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships in a professional services or regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage competing priorities effectively
