Senior Media Buyer

We are looking

for a Senior Media Buyer to own and optimize our Google Ads strategy with a new solution to acquire high quality leads for health insurance industries. You’ll manage campaigns, collaborate with creatives, and drive continuous growth with no budget limits—all while ensuring a positive ROAS. Get ready to

• Own our Google Ads account – from the idea to implementation of campaigns that deliver high results and grow the channel month-over-month
  
• Manage advertising campaigns on a daily basis, and conduct tests and data analysis to ensure that this channel makes the maximum impact
  
• Monitor results to make sure that we are following our set KPIs
  
• Collaborate with our Creative team to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions
  
• Conduct market and competitive research on a regular basis to identify new opportunities for advertising campaigns
  
• Be a part of the team where knowledge sharing and learning is an important part of overall performance.
  
• Work with the whole world with no limited budgets while having positive ROAS

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience in Google Ads Advertising
  
• Have knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  
• Have a strong analytical and data interpretation capability with a goal-oriented attitude
  
• Have strong logical and creative skills with an ability to come up with ideas for performing creatives
  
• Have strong ownership of Google Ads accounts and decision-making
  
• Have the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  
• Have the ability to plan your own tasks and prioritize them
  
• Have no fear of failing while testing new approaches
  
• Have strong English and Lithuanian skills in written and verbal communication
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500 - 6000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
