The role ensures cost efficiency, supplier performance, and timely product availability, while closely coordinating with sales and finance teams for accurate reporting, planning, and smooth procurement operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key role and responsibilities :-</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise purchasing activities and ensure efficient materials management and procurement operations.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, quality, and KPI compliance; implement improvement and recovery plans as needed.</li><li>Negotiate and approve purchase orders and vendor contracts to meet business requirements.</li><li>Drive cost-saving initiatives, commodity strategies, and supplier selection processes.</li><li>Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with other departments (Sales, Product Management, Warehouse & Planning).</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Supervise support team tasks, provide coaching, and ensure timely delivery of support services.</li><li>Collaborate across support units to implement standardized processes within the trading sector.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience :- </strong>Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Health Industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Academic Qualification :- </strong>Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management / Accounting / Logistics / Business Administration</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Accountabilities and Performance Measures :- </strong></p><ul><li>Prepare Report & Cost analysis</li><li>Professional negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.</li><li>Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Please apply by attaching your CV only if you have relevant experience and qualifications.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Due to high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</em></strong></p>
