About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to spearhead our AI-driven lending transformation initiative. This role combines traditional product management expertise with cutting-edge AI implementation to revolutionize lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building fintech products from scratch and deep expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and conversion optimization.
What you'll be doing
AI-Driven Lending Transformation
AI Strategy Leadership: Define and prioritize Generative AI use cases across the business, focusing on customer servicing, collections, quality control, product development, and legal compliance
Workflow Optimization: Identify high-impact internal workflows for AI automation and establish prioritization frameworks based on ROI and business impact
Technical Translation: Convert complex business problems into actionable engineering requirements and ensure seamless execution with development teams
AI Agent Development: Collaborate closely with AI engineers to build specialized loan-specific AI agents, including:
Prompt engineering for credit memos, compliance checks, and borrower communication
Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for loan product nuances and regulatory requirements
Developing conversational AI systems for customer interactions
Product Management Excellence
End-to-End Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams through complete product lifecycle from initial concept to successful market launch
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market gaps, pricing strategies, and feature differentiation opportunities
Market Research Mastery: Execute thorough market research initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, and data analysis to validate product concepts and identify growth opportunities
Conversion Optimization: Expert-level focus on improving conversion rates across all customer touchpoints through data-driven experimentation and user experience enhancement
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement
Who you are:
3-5 years of product management experience in tech or fintech companies with proven track record of building products from scratch to go-live
Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert-level proficiency in competitive analysis methodologies and market research techniques
Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization with demonstrated results
AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and their practical applications in financial services
Technical Acumen: Ability to work effectively with AI engineers and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Analytical Excellence: Advanced data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and performance optimization
Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements
Ideally you also have:
Background in lending, credit products, or financial services operations
Knowledge of conversational AI and customer service automation
Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI implementation
Experience with product analytics tools (Posthog, Amplitude, etc.)
