Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Practice Sales Lead – Data & Analytics to accelerate growth of our Data & Analytics (D&A) services across all Communications, Media and Technology clients.
This role is responsible for driving Data Analytics revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning end-to-end Data and Analytics offerings to deliver measurable business outcomes
An ideal candidate is a consultative Data and Analytics seller with strong experience in building strong GTM, Roadmaps and a deep understanding of Data and Analytics capabilities, and a proven ability to close complex, multi-year deals.
What We Look For
Practice led Sales & Revenue Growth
• Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the Data & Analytics practice, from pipeline creation through deal closure
• Achieve and exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets for D&A offerings
• Identify and pursue new opportunities as well as cross-sell and upsell within existing Manufacturing accounts
• Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline aligned with practice growth objectives
Data & Analytics Solution Selling
• Lead consultative sales engagements with C-level and senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, CMO's, Heads of Analytics)
• Translate client business challenges into value propositions
Client Relationship & Account Development
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on data-driven transformation
• Develop and execute account-level D&A growth strategies in partnership with client partners and industry leads
• Lead deals strategy, proposal development, and executive presentations
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage complex sales cycles
Market & Practice Development
• Stay current on data, analytics, and AI trends, platforms, and competitive offerings
• Collaborate with marketing and alliances teams to support go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership. Represent the Data & Analytics practice in client forums, executive briefings, and industry events
Pay Range: Base Salary USD 220,000-260,000
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on the achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
