We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Automation team, focused on building next-generation automation capabilities beyond traditional RPA. This role is ideal for a strong developer who can design and build scalable automation solutions, custom services, and AI-driven workflows, while supporting and extending existing RPA initiatives.
Rather than a tool-specific RPA developer, we are looking for an engineering-first mindset-someone who can leverage platforms like UiPath when needed, but primarily builds reusable, intelligent automation solutions using modern software engineering practices, with strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms to design and deploy scalable, cloud-native automation systems, along with AI capabilities.
• Design and develop scalable automation solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Build custom services, APIs, and orchestration layers to extend RPA capabilities
• Integrate RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Develop AI-powered automation workflows, including intelligent decisioning and agent-based automation
• Collaborate with business and integration teams to translate requirements into automation-first solutions
• Design event-driven and API-based automation architectures aligned with enterprise standards
• Create reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and accelerators
• Ensure solutions are secure, observable, and scalable
• Contribute to evolving the team toward intelligent, autonomous automation (agentic model)
