We invite a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to an exciting project transforming payment management across the European automotive industry. You’ll apply your technical and project management expertise to maintain and optimize our digital payments platform, supporting the team in improving its stability, performance, and efficiency.
This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) with the availability to travel across Europe.

✅ Is that you?
- 6+ years of experience working in a technical team environment
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
- Advanced knowledge of networks, system architecture, and IT security concepts
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical education
- Strong client communication skills for effective requirement gathering
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, simple language
- Solid organizational skills for managing tasks and timelines
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort with complex challenges
- Self-motivation and detail-oriented work ethic
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Italian or Spanish (plus)
- Fintech domain knowledge and experience
Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll coordinate technical projects and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality backend applications.
- Coordinate development tasks and help prioritize technical requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to developers for informed decision-making
- Work with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Mentor and coach team members to support their growth
- Facilitate the design and presentation of technical interfaces to clients
- Oversee Linux system setup and partner system integration work led by technical teams
- Support teams and clients with system setup
- Guide the creation and improvement of internal tools that support business processes
- Monitor the health of the system landscape and coordinate teams in addressing issues
- Collaborate with other departments to define and implement new processes
- Promote code quality through best practices, reviews, and modern development methods
