Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruitment efforts in India, focusing on Technology and Engineering roles. As a strategic partner to our hiring managers and stakeholders, you'll develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and foster meaningful relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for Porch's India international recruitment efforts
- Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to cultivate strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to drive the end-to-end interview process, including job posting, interview planning, reference checks, and offer approval and negotiation
- Establish and maintain relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
- Utilize data from our ATS to improve talent progress, efficiency, and productivity
- Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods, including employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
- 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, with proven experience recruiting for Engineering and Product roles in targeted international markets
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Team player mindset with an eye for talent and a passion for relationship-driven recruiting
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language
- Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations (Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap)
