Job Description:
• Act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for the sales team, customers, and partners
• Be an accessible technical translator for customers buying data for the first time
• Own the data evaluation process for all new business opportunities in your book of business
• Support technical support questions and needs beyond the capabilities of the Customer Success Team
• Live and breathe customer feedback to help improve processes and the quality of data
• Contribute to internal and external thought leadership opportunities
Requirements:
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Big Data
• Strong ability to advise customers on tech stack architecture for Big Data
• Capable of interpreting complex code for less technical team members and customers
• Proven history in building successful customer relationships
• Ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds
