Job Description:
• Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all sponsorship deliverables across programs and events.
• Ensure all contracted sponsorship elements are executed accurately and on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors regarding deliverable timelines, asset submission, and approvals.
• Follow up with sponsors consistently to make sure sponsorship benefits are fully utilized.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sponsorship deliverable offerings aligned with strategic goals.
• Track Foundation firm membership benefit usage and ensure benefits are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on benefit usage, sponsorship fulfillment, and return-on-investment metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sponsorship coordination, membership services, event support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Trello) required.
• Experience working with CRM systems preferred.
