Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented internal communications contractor to join our Global Internal Communications team. The individual will manage and optimize our Staffbase Studio platform, own the email editorial calendar and execute our weekly company newsletter, and support various internal communication projects across the enterprise.

• Extensive and recent experience using Staffbase Studio (email and intranet). Experience with both the current and upgraded platforms is ideal.
• Understanding of internal communications best practices.
• Expertise in audience segmentation and creating distribution lists.
Large company experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Staffbase Platform Management
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Staffbase Studio, including troubleshooting, user onboarding and support, and platform optimization.
• Document and maintain processes and procedures related to Staffbase usage.
• Create reporting and analytics.
• Manage enterprise distribution lists and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
Editorial Ownership
• Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing of our global weekly employee newsletter.
• Ensure all communications align with the company's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
Project Management
• Lead and support internal communication projects from initiation through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and effective communication rollouts.
• Assist in preparing materials to socialise projects with leadership and partner teams.
Content Support
• Provide light copywriting and editing support, adhering to AP style.
• Support ad‑hoc communications needs, including campaign messaging and executive updates.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or global setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Staffbase for email, including audience segmentation and analytics. Technical expertise is preferred.
• Understanding of internal communications, employee engagement, and change management principles, tools, and practices.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading communication initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Basic Qualifications
• Master’s degree and 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience.
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience.
