This is an entry-level position with the ability to level up in a short time if you put in the sweat. We typically see high achievers get a 20% raise within the first 6-12 months or less. The Role: Technican
Primary Responsibilities: Be The Magic Behind The Tech
The Role - Tech Adventurer (Technician) Key Tasks:
Being a Tech Ninja is about figuring out how to make technology work and often, we have to get creative.
You will be shown how to do something like make a new page on a website. You will then be given direction on changes and we'll brainstorm together. You will then have a work period to work through it. You bring it back to the team for feedback. When you start, this is how you learn and this process takes longer. Over time, you see the patterns and get better and better.
You will be asked to work on WordPress websites, create marketing automation, write emails, write content, troubleshoot technical issues, and set up sales pages.
We'll show you how but you need to follow the logic and pay attention to feedback.
Things to keep in mind
We book out our time in Google calendar with linked tasks in our project management system. You have admin time on a daily basis to cover off on random things that come up. We follow agile principles and do a weekly sprint.
We meet weekly as a team to go over what happened last week and what we will do this week. We meet daily at 10 am for a daily standup.
You have the flexibility to move your work periods around for preference or personal reasons, as long as the tasks are completed before the deadline.
You must communicate with the team if you move a work period.
