Strategic Pricing Analyst

Overview TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our growing team. Responsibilities • Responsible for the development of cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narrative in accordance with RFP requirements. • Work closely with internal clients to obtain appropriate data to complete pricing. • Develop and present cost proposal financial data for review by management. • Support contract and subcontractor negotiations. • Support pricing and risk mitigation strategies. • Promote and ensure compliance with of TISTA’s standard pricing processes. • Assume hands-on role in creating and maintaining pricing models and various other tools. • Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed. Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience in pricing. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and high proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. • Working knowledge of proposal processes including generation of cost volume documents/deliverables. • Familiarity with different proposal (ROMs, GSA Schedule, IDIQ, etc.) and contract (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, etc.) types. Additional Knowledge & Skills • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, CAS, TCoPD. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, while managing multiple priorities and tasks. • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet pricing goals within established timelines. • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. • Ability to multi-task between changing requirements and priorities. • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills. • Excellent presentations skills with ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field. Location: • Remote, USA.
