PROJECT OVERVIEW
We're a startup looking for an outgoing, charismatic on-camera host to conduct street interviews in New York City. You'll approach students, professionals, and everyday people to capture authentic reactions to questions about careers, job interviews, and technology. The content will be published on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each shoot typically involves filming 10-15 short interview clips.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct street interviews with members of the public in NYC
- Ask prepared questions and guide conversations naturally on camera
- Capture genuine, engaging reactions and interactions
- Represent the brand in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Help produce compelling short-form video content for social media
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers in public
- Confident and charismatic on camera with a clear speaking voice
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Familiar with short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats and trends
- Prior experience with interview-style or street content
