About the Role:

- Collaborate with colleagues to promote student learning and growth, and participate in professional learning communities to stay up-to-date on best practices
- Make data-driven decisions using formative and summative assessments to inform instruction and drive student success
Requirements:
- Possess a Professional Educator License and a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Meet all certification requirements, including teaching and content area endorsements in the state of Illinois
- Proven ability to provide specially designed instruction to students with diverse needs and abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using technology and software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
