They are now seeking a passionate Student Experience Manager to lead operations across their Liverpool cluster. Your Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and develop a team across multiple properties. Be a culture champion in order to deliver a world-class student experience. Ensure every student feels safe, supported, and at home through responsive service and community engagement. Drive commercial performance, manage budgets, and support local sales initiatives including summer occupancy. Collaborate with the site and central teams to deliver seamless operations. Promote sustainability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement across all touchpoints. Your Profile: A confident, people-centred leader with experience managing teams in PBSA, BTR, hospitality, or residential sectors. Proven ability to drive performance, lead change, and foster inclusive environments. Commercially astute with a track record of delivering operational and financial targets. Skilled in handling feedback, resolving issues, and creating solutions that elevate the student experience. Passionate about community building, diversity, and making a difference in students’ lives.
