As a Support Data Analyst at AppsFlyer, you'll be at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience, supporting the Global Support group while also driving cross-functional analytics initiatives. Requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that guide business and product decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and Looker.
- Own data workstreams that support KPI tracking and operational efficiency, and support Engineers in resolving customer issues through data exploration and root cause analysis.
- Improve data pipelines with Python, DBT, BigQuery, and Athena to enhance support team efficiency. Spot workflow gaps and suggest data-driven solutions to improve technical support operations.
- Partner with Support leaders, Engineers, and Analysts to influence decisions with data, and deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects from planning through execution.
