SVP Revenue Operations – Customer Advocacy Leader

Job Description: • Manage all revenue operations accounts • Collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments • Assess current performance of revenue cycle operations • Proactively identify opportunities for financial and operational performance enhancement • Spearhead the implementation of products and services with clients • Drive exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation • Partner closely with technology teams to deploy products/workflow engines • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues, and client feedback Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in acute and or ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services • 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field • Master's degree in Health Administration or related field • MBA, MHA, or MPH Benefits: • healthcare • 401k • paid time off
