What you’ll do

As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of corporate functions, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for hiring junior through to Director-level talent across multiple departments that are critical to Airwallex’s global success.

With ambitious growth targets for 2025, your role will be key in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals who align with our culture and business goals. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers across the business, building trusted relationships while delivering a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience.

This position demands a recruitment professional with a strong understanding of the corporate landscape, the ability to manage requisitions end-to-end, and a passion for bringing high-performing teams to life. Your strategic mindset, attention to detail, and data-informed approach will help influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll also be expected to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that enable us to tap into diverse talent pools and meet the ever-evolving needs of our corporate teams.

This role is based in Singapore, or Hong Kong.
