As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for building and overseeing candidate pools across various business lines at M47. Your main responsibilities will be keeping the pipelines healthy and updated for the different hiring needs.
Plan and execute your own sourcing plan across different platforms, including LinkedIn.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines based on hiring needs
Search and identify qualified IT candidates for technical roles (QA, QA Automation, NLP Engineer...)
Align with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure hiring success.
At least 2 years of experience with talent sourcing in IT.
Solid experience with Boolean search techniques.
Previous experience sourcing across Europe.
A solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Previous experience with ATS database search, ideally with Recruitee.
