The Baker Teaching Fellowship program is designed for individuals launching a career in urban public education. As a Teaching Fellow, you'll be placed as a co-teacher in one of our schools, working alongside experienced educators. You'll receive focused development, support, and structure to help you grow as a teacher. Our goal is to promote you to a lead teacher position after completing the fellowship year.
