Job Description:   Technical Analyst will be part of a Professional Services project team that implements some of FIS Securities Finance products (Loanet, Smart Loan, SMART Seg, S3). The project team will consist of a Project Manager, a Business Analyst, and a Technical Analyst.  The Technical Analyst will be in charge of working on the technical aspects of the implementation.    Tasks assigned to the Technical Analyst include:  - Gathering technical requirements of the implementation from client - Documenting technical requirements - Assisting the FIS Network team to set up connectivity between the client and FIS servers - Working with the FIS Infrastructure team to procure and set up servers for application installation - Configuring the application and database according to business requirements - Setting up interfaces for MQ and file delivery - Detailing go-live runbooks to for production turnovers - Batch monitoring - Responding to abends in batch processing - Performing production turnovers - Supporting production turnovers on evenings and weekends     Required - Highly experienced in SQL - Linux experience - Exposure to shell scripting languages (korn/bash/etc.) - Experience with HPE Nonstop TACL or other Mainframe Interfaces - Competency in general networking (Linux/Windows) - Exposure to general MQ administration (fundamental components of MQ connection/server/channels) - Competency in managing SFTP setup/administration - Experience with Terminal Emulator Software (Crystal Point OutsideView or similar) - Experience creating go-live runtime runbooks detailing steps/process - Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow - Night/Weekend work is expected, 12-15 engagements per year - Experience with UC4 Job Scheduling Tool - Experience with COBOL   Nice to have:  - Experience with UC4 Job Scheduling Tool - Experience with COBOL   Plusses: - Understanding of securities finance/stock loan Responsibilities - Gathering technical requirements of the implementation from client - Documenting technical requirements - Assisting the FIS Network team to set up connectivity between the client and FIS servers - Working with the FIS Infrastructure team to procure and set up servers for application installation - Configuring the application and database according to business requirements - Setting up interfaces for MQ and file delivery - Detailing go-live runbooks to for production turnovers - Batch monitoring - Responding to abends in batch processing - Performing production turnovers - Supporting production turnovers on evenings and weekends Qualifications Required - Highly experienced in SQL - Linux experience - Exposure to shell scripting languages (korn/bash/etc.) - Experience with HPE Nonstop TACL or other Mainframe Interfaces - Competency in general networking (Linux/Windows) - Exposure to general MQ administration (fundamental components of MQ connection/server/channels) - Competency in managing SFTP setup/administration - Experience with Terminal Emulator Software (Crystal Point OutsideView or similar) - Experience creating go-live runtime runbooks detailing steps/process - Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow - Night/Weekend work is expected, 12-15 engagements per year - Experience with UC4 Job Scheduling Tool - Experience with COBOL   Nice to have:  - Experience with UC4 Job Scheduling Tool - Experience with COBOL   Plusses: - Understanding of securities finance/stock loan Company At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
