In this temporary, remote position, you will play a vital role in responding to catastrophe relief efforts, providing empathetic support and exceptional service to customers in need. As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during difficult times. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute). You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating systems. Additionally, you must be highly reliable, customer service-oriented, and able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.

This temporary, remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour, with the potential for rehire during high-volume timeframes. You can expect to work between 2-40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that allows you to choose the shifts that work best for you.
