Responsibilities • Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline • Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals • When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients • Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows • Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter • Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice • Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings Requirements • Active LPC or LCSW License in Texas • Minimum 2 years' experience • Two or more years of Telehealth experience • Two or more years of Outpatient experience • Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams) • EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems Nice-to-haves • Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT-Autism, CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Benefits • Health insurance, dental and vision • 401K plan • PTO • Federal holidays are company-observed • Liability insurance coverage is included • Full support for billing and credentialing • Dedicated clinical and operational resources • Compensation for late cancellations and no-shows • Educational opportunities • A steady stream of patients with intakes scheduled for you
