The Impact You Will Have This position is responsible for the design and delivery of best-in-class training and development for the Coupe Operations team to support steady state and growth strategies. This role will contribute to and overall influence organizational and individual performance by assessing needs, evaluating trends, and collaborating with business partners to create effective learning solutions and internal communications. Role will own the coordination and development of internal communication strategies that enhance the performance of Coupe Health, advance business objectives and reinforce company culture, mission and values. Your Responsibilities - Leads the design and delivery of development solutions using creative adult learning methods and approaches including hybrid and virtual training solutions. - Leads the development of multiple methods of learning solutions including classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job training methods. - Effectively builds and manages relationships within Coupe to ensure all communication strategies are achieved and all communications are consistent, well-executed and evaluated. - Influence and partner with Operations leadership to address the training needs of the Health Valet team. This will include monitoring trends such as Average Handle Time, Average Speed to Answer, Hold Time, to better assess evolving training needs to improve the overall performance and effectiveness of operations associates and retain new talent. - Develops and delivers internal change management related communications specific to product releases, operational changes, including legislative requirements, and developments. - Consults with key stakeholders on the development and design of training programs to ensure a best in class learning experience in operations. - Creates an environment in which people can find exciting and challenging work; provides opportunities for each employee in operations to develop to their full potential and to influence the way in which they relate to work, the organization, and the culture. - Ensures the effectiveness of products/processes and customer satisfaction through on-going observations and evaluations of current performance using appropriate assessment, evaluations, and problem-solving techniques. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. - 1 year team or project lead experience. - Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. - Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships. - Demonstrated ability to build successful collaborative relationships. - Demonstrated initiative in identifying and assessing customer needs. - Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written). - High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in related field. - Knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects. - Innovative mindset and willingness to Find a Better Way. - Prior experience with a Learning Management System (LMS). - Project Management certification. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Role Designation Teleworker Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite. Onsite is full-time onsite. Compensation and Benefits $79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
